Do you exchange Paypal or Moneybookers?
No, we don't. Both PayPal and MoneyBooker forbid exchanges with their currency. It's against their TOS to exchange PayPal and MoneyBookers.
What are your Exchange rate?
Our exchange rates vary from time to time based on the market conditions and our funds. You can find the most updated exchange rates on the right side under 'Current Rates'.
Is the exchange instant,if not,how long does it takes to receive an exchange request?
No, the exchange is not instant. Due to security measures, we have to verify with the payment processors directly if the funds sent by the member is valid and non-fraudulent. Once we receive confirmation from either STP or AP then we go ahead and fulfill the request. Once we've established that you are the real owner of the account, then your exchanges will just get faster. Meanwhile, LR and GDP exchanges should be done within 24 hours as they have a strict no-refund policy.

Alertpay Exchanges?
The time frame for exchanges FROM AlertPay is 7 days. You can exchange up to $3,000 per 7 days period.
There are no limits for exchanges TO AlertPay, the only limit being our reserves in AlertPay at that moment.
Note: We do not accept Credit Card payments trough AlertPay.
Why my Transaction has been refused?
We reserve the right to refuse the transaction if we notice any kind of suspicious behaviors (IP changes, using multiple PP's accounts etc.). If you think we are acting unjustified you can contact us using our Contact Us.
SMS Notification.
You can enable this feature and the moment your order is processed, you'll receive a SMS to your cellphone letting you know we have completed your exchange order. Or if you use it for the feature, you'll receive a SMS instantly the moment we have the funds that you need.
Make sure after you select your Country to enter you cellphone number correctly. Otherwise, you won't receive any SMS.
I need to exchange more than the maximum amount you provide,Is this possible?
As much as possible, we will try to prevent this and follow the rules we have set. But once you've established yourself and if we have enough funds then we can do an exception.
